Package Never Arrived, Zero Accountability, Abysmal Customer ServiceI ordered jewelry as a birthday gift and never received it. The carrier delivered the package to the wrong unit despite having my correct address. Since then, I’ve spent nearly a month dealing with Trendolla Jewelry’s complete lack of accountability. Their customer service has been unprofessional, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. They: Refused to take responsibility for a clear delivery error Kept pushing me to chase down neighbors, visit post offices, and solve problems I should never have to deal with Repeatedly promised to “contact the carrier” with no actual results Eventually told me to “calm down” when I expressed frustration after nearly 30 days with no resolution I never received my order, and after countless emails, I still have no refund and no replacement. They are clearly more interested in passing the blame than fixing their own mistake. Do not buy from this company. If something goes wrong, they will not help you. This is a business that will take your money and disappear when you need support. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
